These terms cover your use of FocusPerch at focusperch.com, made by Clear Week ("we"). By creating an account or using FocusPerch, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Who can use FocusPerch
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should review these terms with you, and you need their permission before buying anything.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at farajabdullah98@gmail.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
Your content
Your assignments, notes, links and files stay yours. We store them only to run FocusPerch for you, as described in our privacy policy. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, or anything illegal or harmful.
Free features
The planner, calendar, focus sessions, companion and nest are free. We may improve or change features over time.
Premium
Premium is a one-time purchase of $6.99 (USD). It adds automatic school sync, suggested assignment steps for study blocks, and an exclusive cosmetic starter set to your account. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Seeds
Seeds are an in-app currency you can earn by using FocusPerch or buy in packs. Seeds can only be used for cosmetic items inside FocusPerch. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred to another account.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You may request a full refund of Premium or a Seed pack within 30 days of purchase by contacting us with your receipt. Refunded purchases lose their benefits; refunded Seeds are removed, including Seeds already spent. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If a payment is refunded or reversed, we may remove what it paid for from your account.
Acceptable use
- Don't try to access other people's accounts or data.
- Don't attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or use bots to earn Seeds.
- Don't use FocusPerch to break the law or your school's rules.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from your settings. Deleting it removes your assignments, companion, nest and any Premium or Seeds on the account. This can't be undone, and purchases aren't refunded on deletion.
No guarantees
FocusPerch is a planning tool. It's provided "as is," and we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, or that using it will improve your grades. Keep your own copy of anything important, like due dates from your teacher.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about FocusPerch is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use FocusPerch after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
Applicable law governs these terms. Nothing in them limits mandatory consumer rights or protections available where you live.
